Reflections, held at the City Art Centre in Edinburgh from 6th November 2021 to 20th March 2022, will bring together the artwork of Scottish painter John Henry Lorimer for the first time. The exhibition will celebrate his life through five themes: light, identity, family, femininity and home.

The evening will be introduced by co-curator David Patterson and led by co-curator Charlotte Lorimer, who will guide us through a virtual version of the exhibition. Georgia Parkin, who co-hosts with Charlotte the podcast The Figure, will be taking questions from the audience and adding her own questions throughout the online tour. The event is hosted by The Lorimer Society, a registered charity in Scotland (no. SC027135) and all proceeds will go towards the exhibition. Details for the video call will be sent out the day before. We look forward to welcoming you to this event - your support will help us make sure that Reflections is as bold and beautiful as it can be.
